Terms of Use
Effective Date: June 26, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of DynasticAI websites, applications, the Vault, institution-sponsored access programs, and related services offered under the DynasticAI brand.
By accessing or using DynasticAI, the user agrees to these Terms. If the user is acting for a household, trust, entity, institution, or other organization, the user represents that they have authority to bind that party to these Terms.
1. Service description
DynasticAI provides a private, AI-supported household operating system and family vault designed to organize records, maintain structured dossiers, produce educational analysis, support readiness reviews, and coordinate professional handoffs where appropriate.
DynasticAI does not hold itself out as a law firm, fiduciary, financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax preparer, insurer, or licensed filing authority through the platform itself.
2. Eligibility and account security
Users must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and must provide accurate account and enrollment information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, safeguarding devices, completing MFA requirements, and notifying DynasticAI promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
DynasticAI may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the household, preserve system integrity, comply with law, or investigate suspicious activity.
3. Household authority and permissions
DynasticAI allows household-based and role-based access structures, including roles such as client, trustee, counsel, advisor, and heir-limited access.
The person who invites, uploads, shares, reveals, delegates, or routes information through the platform represents that they have authority to do so and that any permissions granted to others are accurate, intentional, and lawful.
DynasticAI may rely on household roles, explicit permission grants, and recorded authorizations unless it has reason to believe those permissions were created in error, fraud, coercion, or violation of law.
4. No legal, financial, tax, or fiduciary advice
DynasticAI is an educational technology platform. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or fiduciary advice, and it does not create an attorney-client, advisory, trustee-beneficiary, or similar professional relationship merely by providing platform access or AI-generated analysis.
AI-generated Counsel Briefs, readiness outputs, recommendations, and related materials are informational and educational only. Users remain responsible for obtaining licensed review and independent judgment before acting on any matter requiring legal, tax, fiduciary, or investment expertise.
Where a separate engagement is entered into with Wood Legal Group or another licensed professional, that relationship is governed by a separate agreement, not by these Terms alone.
5. No autonomous action
DynasticAI agents prepare. The family acts. The documented guardrails prohibit the platform from autonomously executing trades, moving money, binding insurance, signing documents, initiating transfers, or taking other real-world actions on a user's behalf.
Users are solely responsible for decisions, filings, signatures, transactions, and professional engagements undertaken in reliance on or after reviewing platform outputs.
6. User content and submitted records
Users retain their rights in the records, documents, information, and other content they submit to DynasticAI, subject to the rights necessary for DynasticAI to host, encrypt, store, classify, process, transmit, and analyze that content for the purpose of operating the service.
The user represents that they have the right to submit the content, that the content does not violate law or the rights of others, and that any sensitive or third-party records uploaded are submitted with proper authority.
DynasticAI may refuse, quarantine, remove, or restrict content that it reasonably believes is unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, technically dangerous, abusive, or submitted without adequate authority.
7. Acceptable use
A user may not:
- attempt to defeat authentication, security controls, encryption, watermarking, or permission systems;
- use the platform to harass, defraud, impersonate, surveil, or exploit another person;
- upload malware, corrupted files, or code intended to disrupt or exfiltrate data;
- use DynasticAI outputs as if they were professional legal filings, final legal advice, or binding investment instructions without required licensed review;
- scrape, reverse engineer, copy, republish, or build a competing service from the platform, except as permitted by applicable law and only to the extent such restrictions are unenforceable.
DynasticAI may investigate violations, suspend accounts, remove access, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests relating to misuse.
8. AI outputs, accuracy, and verification
DynasticAI is designed to produce structured, evidence-anchored outputs with auditability, source citation requirements, and strong guardrails against invented authority.
Even with those protections, AI and document-processing systems can make mistakes, miss context, fail to identify a legal defect, or generate an incomplete recommendation.
The user agrees not to treat any AI output as infallible and agrees to verify important matters, especially where documents, deadlines, ownership, tax status, or legal rights are involved.
9. Billing and subscriptions
Paid tiers, institution-sponsored access, billing terms, renewal periods, and any applicable taxes or fees will be presented at checkout, in an institutional order form, or in a separate billing flow.
DynasticAI may modify pricing, tiers, packaging, or service availability prospectively, subject to applicable contract commitments and notice obligations.
Failure to pay may result in downgraded access, suspension, or cancellation, provided DynasticAI may retain certain records as required for audit, legal, and security purposes.
10. Availability and changes
DynasticAI may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, features, integrations, or access pathways, especially in a pre-launch or evolving product environment.
DynasticAI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or universal compatibility with every device, browser, institution, or jurisdiction.
11. Professional handoffs and third-party services
The service may route users to attorneys, payment processors, email providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics tools, or other service providers needed to operate the platform.
DynasticAI is not responsible for the separate terms, privacy practices, professional obligations, availability, or acts of independent third parties, except to the extent required by law.
12. Intellectual property
DynasticAI and its related software, interfaces, workflows, trademarks, service marks, branding, copy, and compiled platform materials are owned by DynasticAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no license or ownership right is transferred to the user.
13. Confidentiality and security obligations of users
Because DynasticAI is designed for high-sensitivity records, users must exercise reasonable care in deciding whom to invite, what to reveal, what to export, and where to store downloaded materials after export.
DynasticAI is not responsible for losses caused by a user's own insecure forwarding, screen sharing, downloaded file handling, password reuse, or disclosure to an unauthorized person outside the platform's controlled environment.
14. Termination
A user may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding payment obligations or institution-based eligibility constraints.
DynasticAI may suspend or terminate access for breach, misuse, legal risk, security risk, fraud, nonpayment, or where continued access would threaten other households, the platform, or lawful operations.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, dispute terms, payment obligations, confidentiality, audit preservation, and lawful disclosure provisions, will survive.
15. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynasticAI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation, and it disclaims that every output, classification, score, or recommendation will be complete, accurate, or legally sufficient for a user's situation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynasticAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services arising out of or related to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynasticAI's aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts paid by the user to DynasticAI for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars, unless a different cap is required by applicable law or separately agreed in writing.
These limitations reflect the allocation of risk between the parties and apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
17. Indemnification
The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DynasticAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and expenses arising out of the user's content, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of the rights of another person, except to the extent caused by DynasticAI's own breach of law or these Terms.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms should be governed by the law specified in DynasticAI's contracting entity terms, order form, or posted legal settings, excluding conflict-of-laws principles, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
DynasticAI may require disputes to be resolved through courts or arbitration identified in the controlling contract materials, subject to non-waivable legal rights and any required consumer disclosures.
Note for finalization: the governing-law, venue, arbitration, and class-action language should be confirmed by counsel before public launch.
19. Changes to these Terms
DynasticAI may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms become effective when posted or when otherwise communicated, except where law requires advance notice or affirmative consent.
Continued use of the service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires a different mechanism.
20. Contact
Questions about these Terms, legal process, security issues, or account matters should be directed through DynasticAI's official contact channels listed on the website or in the account environment.
